“Sahaj” is a Sanskrit word for ‘natural spontaneity’. Though the Mixolydian Scale is a mode of the major scale and very similar in most regards, it is more similar to the tuning of traditional Bansuri flutes. Unlike western instruments, which compromise on the harmony of individual notes, by using equal temperament tuning, the Sahaj uses just intonation tuning, producing a more harmonic instrument. Comes with custom made leather bag.
